Outbound infrastructure, job discovery pipelines, lead intelligence, and the custom code that holds it together. The name comes from senkō — going first. That is the whole idea.
Stating this plainly is on purpose. It filters for people who see it the same way, and gently repels the engagements that would go badly for both of us.
Anyone guaranteeing a fixed number of meetings is either skipping warmup or hiding the risk. The honest promise is an instrumented system, so you learn fast and improve from evidence.
A rented list on someone else’s inboxes disappears the day you stop paying. A system built in your accounts, on your domains, is an asset you keep. That difference compounds.
When outbound fails, most people rewrite the copy. The copy is rarely the issue. Bad targeting and thin data are, and no clever subject line fixes a list of the wrong people.
A system only one person understands is a risk, not an asset. Everything ships with documentation and readable code, so it survives a person leaving or a tool changing.
You work with the person who builds. No account manager relaying messages, no junior quietly doing the real work. When you ask a question, it goes straight to the engineer.
Concurrent engagements are capped deliberately. Fewer clients means each build gets real attention rather than a queue position.
Every engagement ends with you holding the accounts, the code and the documentation. The goal is that your team could run the system without me — not that you stay dependent.
I like problems that look impossible until you write the right hundred lines of code. If you are hiring a solo operator, you are hiring a person — so you get to meet him first.

Because outbound at scale is a data and systems problem, not a copywriting problem. When a source has no API or a workflow needs custom logic, an engineer keeps building where an operator has to stop.
