Recruitment automation · job discovery

A job post is a buying signal.Senko gets you there first.

When a company posts a role, someone is spending real money on a problem, in public, with a timestamp. Senko catches every relevant opening the moment it goes live, resolves the people who own the hire, and puts a contact-ready list on your desk before your competitors finish their coffee.

The speed argument

In recruitment, being first is the whole game.

By the time a role is found manually, two or three agencies are already in the conversation. The point of this build is to collapse that gap to almost nothing.

The old way

You arrive fourth

Someone checks the boards each morning, misses the roles posted overnight, and reaches a company that has already taken three calls. Late means competing on price for a non-exclusive brief.

With Senko

Captured in minutes

The role is pulled, scored and enriched while it is still warm, so your team can call the same day it is posted.

The result

You shape the brief

Being first to a hiring company dramatically improves the odds of winning the placement, because you set the terms before anyone else appears.

What the pipeline does

From role posted to contact-ready lead, stage by stage.

Six stages, running every day while your team sleeps. Each one is a real component, not a slide.

Every relevant role, captured live

Continuous monitoring of LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing and company career pages. New postings matching your desk are pulled in within minutes and deduplicated automatically.

4+ sources · deduplicated

AI keeps only what fits your desk

Every posting is classified by role type, seniority and stack, then scored. Off-target roles are rejected automatically, so your team never touches a bad fit.

Relevance scored · low scores rejected

Each hiring company, a full profile

Industry, headcount, tech signals, website and company page for every qualified role — so your team knows who they are calling before they pick up the phone.

Firmographics · cached to control cost

The right people, verified

The pipeline resolves the hiring manager and the internal recruiter, and verifies a working email for each before the lead is allowed through.

Both contacts · emails validated

Candidates matched, list delivered

Role, company, verified contacts and matched candidates from your database merged into one clean view, sorted and ready to call.

CRM · sheet · email · every morning

Reaches where tools stop

Many roles never hit the big boards or sit behind a career page with no feed. Custom code reaches sources an off-the-shelf tool cannot — see the engineering page.

Case study

The Core Tech Recruitment

A technology recruitment agency running manual sourcing and a small SDR function, competing for the same roles as everyone else, on the same timeline.

The problem

Sourcing was manual and slow. By the time a role was found, three agencies were already in the conversation. SDR time went into list building, and candidate matching happened in spreadsheets.

What Senko built

Automated job discovery across LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing and career pages feeding classified roles into a matching layer, custom internal apps for candidate matching and CV generation, and an outbound sequence that opens with the specific role rather than a generic pitch.

Questions from agency owners

The things that decide whether this fits your firm.

Anything else, ask at bhanu@senkogtm.com.

How fast does a new role reach my desk?

Minutes from the posting going live. The pipeline watches your sources continuously rather than on a daily sweep, so a role is captured, classified and enriched while it is still fresh, and lands in your morning delivery.

Which sources do you cover?

LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing and direct company career pages as a baseline, with more added for your desk and markets. Career pages matter because many roles appear there before they hit the big boards.

How do you handle data under GDPR?

The pipeline sources business contact data for legitimate B2B outreach and runs inside your own accounts, so you remain the data controller. Suppression lists, opt-outs and regional rules are built into the flow.

Can you cover more than one country or market?

Yes. Coverage is scoped per desk and per region, including multiple languages and job boards. A German software desk and a UK finance desk can run on the same pipeline with different rules.

What happens if we stop working together?

It keeps running. The pipeline is built in your accounts with documentation, so it does not switch off when the engagement ends. You own the workflows, the sources and the delivery.

Does this replace my recruiters?

It replaces the searching, not the selling. Your team stops hunting for openings and spends that time calling qualified hiring companies. One client automated about 90 percent of their SDR workload this way.

Twenty minutes. Bring your desk.

Tell me the roles you place and the markets you cover, and we will map exactly which sources and signals your pipeline would watch. You keep the plan whether or not we build it together.
